The data controller is Gnosis Technologie, an IT services company established in Algiers, Algeria (tax identification number NIF 001716104451759).

Contact form: your name, your company name, your email address, your phone number if you provide it, and the content of your message.

Audience measurement, only if you accept it: pages viewed, length of visit, type of device and browser, approximate country or region, the buttons and links you click, the demonstrations you use and the sending of the contact form. Neither what you type or choose in a demonstration nor the content of your message is passed to the measurement tool.

Technical data: your IP address is used transiently to limit abusive form submissions, and we do not record it in a database. Our hosting provider also keeps technical connection logs to keep the service secure and running.

Your data is processed to answer your contact requests and follow up on our exchanges. This processing is based on your decision to contact us and on your consent, given by sending the form.

Audience measurement is used to understand how the site is used in order to improve it. It is based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Technical data is used to keep the site secure and to prevent abuse.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for prospecting unrelated to your request.

Your data is intended for the members of our team in charge of handling your request.

It is also processed, on our behalf and within the limits of their tasks, by our technical providers: Vercel for hosting the site, Zoho for email and, if you accept audience measurement, Google for Google Analytics 4.

No data is sold or rented to third parties for commercial purposes.

The contact form is protected against automated submissions by Cloudflare Turnstile. For this check, Cloudflare receives your IP address and technical information about your browser.

Messages received through the form are kept in our mailbox for as long as needed to handle your request and follow up on the resulting relationship. You can ask for their deletion at any time.

Audience measurement data is kept by Google Analytics for 14 months at most.

The site sets no cookie of its own.

If you accept audience measurement, Google Analytics sets cookies whose names start with "_ga", for up to two years. If you refuse, no measurement cookie is set.

Your choice is remembered in your browser's local storage, without a cookie. You can change it at any time with the "Manage cookies" link at the bottom of the page.

Under law no. 18-07, you have a right of information, access, rectification, erasure and objection regarding your personal data. You can also withdraw your consent at any time.

To exercise these rights, write to contact@gnosistechnologie.com and describe your request. We will reply as soon as possible.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Autorité nationale de protection des données à caractère personnel (ANPDP), the Algerian data protection authority.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access.

The site is served over HTTPS only. The contact form is protected against automated submissions and the data entered is validated on the server before any processing.

This site contains links to third-party sites, LinkedIn in particular. We are not responsible for their data protection practices and invite you to read their own policies.
