We take IT projects end to end: understand what exists, decide what to change and in what order, then implement it. Some engagements are short, such as a security audit or the scoping of an ERP. Others run for months, such as a cloud migration or the rebuild of a whole information system.

Who we work with
Our clients are mainly companies of 50 to 500 people in Algeria, often without a structured in-house IT department, who need one partner able to hold both the strategy and the delivery. We also work with larger organisations on tightly defined scopes, and on projects in Morocco, Tunisia and France.
How an engagement runs

We start from what exists: what runs, what it costs, what blocks you. You leave with a written perimeter, priorities and a budget, before any development is committed.

We deliver in stages, with a single point of contact and regular checkpoints. Your teams are involved as we go, not presented with the result at the end.
